1. Acceptance

By using DirtyDating, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You must not have been convicted of a sexual offense. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You may not share your account with others. You must not impersonate another person or use fake photos.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: engage in harassment, hate speech, or threats; post sexually explicit content involving minors; spam or solicit commercial services; attempt to hack or damage the site; use bots or automated scripts (the site is designed for manual browsing).

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos and text you post. You grant DirtyDating a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the site for the purpose of operating the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account for violating these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. If deleted, your content is removed within 30 days.

DirtyDating is provided "as is." We do not guarantee matches or relationships. We are not responsible for the behavior of users. You interact at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DirtyDating is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site, including emotional distress or lost opportunities.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Santa Clara County courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice. If you do not agree to changes, delete your account before the effective date.
